What a Week

I have not been online sorry to everyone ... first alot of the girls that work at the tea shop are off on holidays or off sick so I have been working my ass off ... further to that my Kidney is killing me ... no really it is killing me ... think poison in the blood and your on the right track .. so its been a fucked up week all round ... I have spent the last few days in and out of out doctors trying to see what they can do .. and so far not much .. lol well it would be funny if it didnt hurt soooo much ... anyway enough of my crap on a better note I am seeing my internet guy again tonight if I feel up to it ... if not I sugested he can come over and watch movies with me .. but thats all we will be doing ... he seems fine with that .. so will just wait and see I have taken a bunch of drugs and am going back to bed .. cross your fingers for me .... I really dont need this shit right now ..

What a weekend!!!!!

Well kids what a weekend I have had .. very busy and very good ... So I went on my little Friday night date.. as I told you before .. We then went on a second Date last night well from 3 pm till 11pm lol ... Guess I am a sucker for the long dates well we just got talking and lost track of time then went for some Thai food and then got talking and ummm well some not talking (giggles) ... ok so want to know more


I really like this guy he seems so nice so honest so cute and well alot of things... we talked for ever about some really big things like where we want to head in the next few years our hopes and our fears .. It was intence .. I feel like I have known this guy for a long time .. so nice ...

I just got off the phone to him again .. and all is good he is feeling a little sick not cause of me .. well only that I kept him up late and out in the cold but who was complaining ...

So that leaves me feeling like a teenage school girl again ... yes I am a little goo goo over him and he of me .. I like to think that this one could last and actually make something out of it .. you guys who have been reading my posts for along time will know I have been up in the air over a few guys in the last few years so I am catching my breath and trying not to get my hopes up too much .. but its hard not to ..

We are going to hang out next weekend and spend some time doing couple things so will just wait and see .. cross your fingers for me .. My hope and dream is that this might just be the one .. we are both talking long term and both too honest for our own good ..

Well what can I say ... I went for a coffee at 6pm and I got home at 4 am ... dose that say enough.... Yes he was cute yes he was sweet yes he had great eyes and was nice to talk to .. and yes ok so I did kiss him....

Ps. yes I am going to see him tommorow we are going for a drive out to the best little hidden away cafes that I know of ..

internet dating .................,..

So maybe against my better judgment I took some advice from a sweet friend and thought I would give it a go ... omgosh .. what the hell am I doing .. well its been awhile so I thought I would explore the world of internet dating ... well I checked out some sites untill I found one I was ok with .. It looked less shady than the others and seemed genuinene .....

I got some help to write a profile for me that seemed to say too many nice things about me (hope I dont sound like I love myself tooo much) and filled out all the other questions It was kinda like ordering Takeaway in parts .. anyway .. I even added some nice photos and all ... made it look really nice .. well I think and hope .....

Anyway in the first hour I got messages from over 10 guys ... OMGOSH!!!!! Perhaps thats where all the guys are hiding these days ... anyway its all a bit overwellming to me .. I mean really ... GOSH !!! anyway ... I read and re read a bunch of profiles and yesterday I endded up chatting to one guy who actually seems quite nice ... I have another 4 I am emailing back and forth .. is that like cheating or something .. Lets just call them plan B, C , D and E for now lol ... on top of that I have more people trying to get intouch so I have had to get a bit picky and unless they really stand out I just say thanks I am flatterd. But I do try to get back to everyone who leaves a message I feel its rude not to .. execpt the one guy from NIGERRA who was looking for his 4th wife .. I didnt give him the time of day ..

So anyway to cut a long story short it sure has kept me busy and I am going out on a real date this Friday night with a sweet talking sweet looking younger man .. I dont normal go for younger ones but well worth a chat over Tea if nothing else I guess .. hopefully it will work well and I wont get bashed raped or murdered .. well thats the plan anyway ... wish me luck ...

OH and before you guys ask I am not telling you where it is cause .. I dont want to date any of you ... well maybe one of you but he dosnt comment all that much anymore .. and if you think its you.. Your most likley wrong .. sorry to say ....

Ever had a dream a vision a quest a purpose??? ever had a goal a hope a wish a vision of what you want??? If you could would you do it? would you make it happan? what you spend? what would you do? what price would you pay? what cost would you bear? to make it happan to see the light to walk the ground to glimps what your mind sees? WELL???? would you suffer for your hope your place your view your dream of something more?? So APEC have decided to bring there shit to Sydney why so ... because Sydney is a peaceful and happy place so the war mongers decide to come and camp in my back yard for a week at a cost of millions of dollars I might add.... the bastards !!!!

So what is APEC ???

The Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation Group is an international body made up of 21 member countries including most nations with a border to the Pacific Ocean. The current members are: Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, USA, Vietnam.

How important is it?

On the world stage, it is of limited importance. The G8 summit and the World Economic Forum attract some serious firepower, not just from among heads of government of the richest nations on Earth but also from the bankers and business barons who pull the purse strings.

However, it is fairly rare for so many world leaders to be in the same place at the same time – so when they are, what they talk about and what they sign up to can be very important. It is even more rare for Australia to be a part of this type of summit, arguably making it more important for us than for others involved (George W. Bush is leaving early, for instance).

What will they be talking about?

Since the 2001 summit in Shanghai, which took place in the summit of the September 11 attacks in the US, international security and the fight against terrorism has had an increasingly prominent place at the talks. While the summit is technically supposed to be focused on economic issues, it is argued that terrorism has such an impact on a country’s economy that it should be discussed at APEC.

Trade issues such as free trade and/or lowering tariffs between APEC members will also be on the agenda. The Prime Minister also wants the 21 world leaders to discuss setting up a regional carbon trading scheme as part of the fight against global warming.

Why are people so angry about it?

The original driving force behind the opposition to APEC was the anti-globalisation movement, which believes that groups such as APEC and the trade deals they promote merely make rich countries richer and poor countries poorer.

But since it is fairly rare for so many world leaders to be together at once, it provides a platform for protest groups of all types to target the meeting as their chance to get their message across while the spotlight is on.

So what do the protesters want?

It varies. The anti-APEC protests are anti-globalisation, anti-war, anti-WorkChoices, anti-global warming and anti-poverty, to name just a few rallying points. The wide range of leaders coming to town also means there could be single-issue protesters – for instance someone opposed to China’s human rights record or Russia’s war in Chechnya.

So the protesters are united in their opposition to the high profile names attending, but what they actually want instead can differ.
