My Speed Dating Adventure !!!

So There I was the second to arrive (don't you hate that) One of the Guys organizing the night was out the front having a smoke
"Hi Sarah,, How the hell are you sweetie!"
"Hey Not bad" "
"looking fwd to a big night"
"Yep I guess "
As we stand there A total hunny of a man walks up the stairs dressed well but with a casual feel a necklace and bracelet reveal to me a {hippy} side or at least a lover of the outdoors
"HI I'm Mike" He says in a confident voice to the guy running the event"
"Hi Mike"
"Hi I'm Sarah"
" Hi there"
He turns to go in and my eyes follow
turning to the guy running the event
"WOW omgosh could be a good night" I say with a huge smile
"LOL see ya in there he says "
So anyway we go inside just your basic pub/club kinda room with a few tables of finger food I avoid and some tables around the room and a bar at one end I head to the bar grab a corona and look around the room as its slowly filling up we all have name tags on (gotta hate that) anyway I chat with a group of girls They are all nervous as hell and trying to figure out which questions they should ask etc etc ... Its a fun group everyone 25 -35 everyone single and nice people I walk to a group of guys and chat a bit they seem nice ... A bell rings and we take our seats they tell us the rules like "don't ask where someone works or lives" and explain that we have numbers if you tick yes and they tick yes then they exchange numbers on Monday and will call us to early in the week etc etc ....
The way the numbers go I wont see Mike till last I think any way I take a seat and off we go ...
its actually really easy and fun as the night goes on most of the guys are great easy to talk to and interesting one guy should not have opened his mouth cause before he did that I thought nice but the way he talked made it along 7 mins ...

Now I did tick yes to a couple of guys that seemed nice and I would like to catch up with over coffee .. But really I was waiting to see what mike had to say ... He really had caught my eye from the get go for some reason ...He just had something that I look for even if the others didn't see it ..... After 5 dates we all took a 20 min break to chat and they brought out more hot finger food ... Anyway at this time I found a bar stool and grabbed another beer while everyone else got into the food ... Some one said hey Sarah your missing out..

to which comes the reply

that came from Mike with a cheeky grin
and everyone laughed
back to the dating and it was fun even if I said at just the time when everyone was quite "That was the longest 7 mins of my life"
to which everyone looked around and laughed at me
moving on along came Mike at last and we chatted about everything he was great telling me about his young daughters (2) and how his happy and enjoys life and stuff and anyway the 7 mins was up and the bell rang and we kept talking
Then he said showing me his sheet (the one you tick yes/no on)
"gee I forgot to fill this out"
"I will do it for you I say "
"LOL what"
" yep look you want to put YES for me and NO for everyone else"
" do I just"
" hell yes "
" that's a bit fwd don't you think"
"well up to you but I reckon so "
"ok done and we fill out his sheet together with everyone getting a NO except me ... YEA YEA !!!!"
after that we all kinda move into the rest of the pub with everyone else .. There is a dj (who is quite good) and about 50 - 80 other people around we chat in about three small groups and find that everyone there is really having a good time and have a lot in common even just the guys and girls swap numbers cause we are all single and live in the same general area .. Its nice ...

So anyway here's is where it gets interesting ... There is two guys that I like mike and john .. We are talking in a group of about 6 people john has had too much to drink his a nice guy and I think I would like him too but I can not get my eyes off Mike .. John says lets dance I say to Mike lets dance he says no I don't want to but you two should ! I look at mike and mouth the words PLEASE he laughs and says you two go .. John grabs my hand and pulls me to the floor ... Ok he's a good dancer and we dance but his hands are around me on my butt on my back and in my hair ... Ok I like it I look to see mike and hes busy chatting so I enjoy the dance we have to the floor to ourselves and as an old raver chic I like it that way .. After a few songs we leave and go back to the group I say to Mike thanks for that he laughs ...

Similar thing goes on a few times I end up kissing John a few times on the dance floor and then going back to the group at about midnight Mike says hes going home John and a couple of others want to move on to a club .. I say ok I will go to the club as mike is going home ... As we are walking we see mike waiting at an ATM we all go over and anyway I don't know how it happened but I managed to use the old line ... You guys go and I will catch up latter .. While I talk to mike

they leave and mike says lets get a coffee so we walk up to a coffee shop grab a drink and a both and talk ... And talk ... And talk ... And talk ... And talk ... Ok so we have been talking for four hours its now 4 30 am .... Ouch we both say and leave still talking ... We have a lot in common and its just great ... Dam he's cute too LOL

ok so he is going to get a taxi I offer to drive him home he says yes so I drive him home even if its 40 mins out of my way we kiss goodnight I drive home around 5 am when I get to bed ...
wow what a night ...

So there you go .... Had a great time and who knows where any of it will lead if anywhere .... Mike is great I can not wait to get in touch with him again .. John is nice and there is another guy I ticked yes to ... So who knows ..... All up had some fun .. Hope you all is well

Life death and speed dating

Greetings ..... a Random thoughts and the weekend at hand .....

First Sarah is going speed dating ... I was ment to go mths ago if you rember but I got called to do a C.P job so I didnt go anyway its on again and I am so going tonight ... should be fun I hope ,,, theres about 10 men I think and about 10 mins with each one I am sure thats gong to be a long 10 mins with some of them but hey maybe Mr right is actually out there .. somewhere ... Narr seriously it I think I will have fun if nothing else It finshes kinda early so maybe I will go clubing after ... wish me luck ....

The Vic school holidays are coming up and I have taken a CP job for the two weeks kinda part CP part child care lol ... I am going to be minding a 9 year old for the 9 to 5 of the two weeks .. why they need CP i dont know but its inportant to find out so I guess I will get that info in the next week or so ... anyway have some great activitys planed we are going to snowboard, and for a couple of days and even going to fly to melbourne for the Royal Melbourne Show .. now I dont like the animals in cages part but the rides and fairy floss are always fun ... The only thing I worry about are the carnys (is that how you say it) that run the rides I mean they look like they droped out of pre school and they are in charge of a ride that can kill you ... I would prefer a well trained monkey was running the show ... but anyway should be fun its a chance for me to have fun too ... YEA spew !

Oh I am also flying to Cains late in Sept for some training with a group of AFP I got onto it through some CP work and can not wait to be dumped in the tropical bush with nothing and have to make it for a week ... jungle Sarah ... ewww!... as long as I dont have to eat worms ....

I got my Tax all done the other week its a hard one for me ... Cause I dont work for the most part (not needing to) I dont mind paying tax I really dont but the weird thing is I need to employ a Tax agent at 120 an hour so I dont get ripped off by my own goverment ... So anyway at the end Of the day I payed a Shit load of tax I think I pay for 2 single mums 4 old people and a school teacher ... lol ... I wish we had a better way of paying tax ... I wish people were fair with it ... Kerry Packer G-d bless him only payed $35 Tax one year ... the same year I paid 1000 times more than him and trust me I am not as rich as he was ....

Oh another thing I am going to buy a hot tub a big one so you can all come visit ... I have been looking after a neibours house well keeping and eye on it and getting the mail etc for the last week while he is away in china on buisness and he has this huge arse hot tub (opps I was trying not to say arse on every thing) anyway I have been skinny diping in it a couple of times and It so rocks my world .. I mean if i had one of them I would not have to go speed dating I think there is a setting that says is somewhere past ahhhh and getting close to AHHHHHHH! AHHHHHH! giggles ... so anyway when I get one I am going to have a hot tub party and of cause you are all invited ...

Got talkin to a friend last night about numbers .. The kind of numbers you have regarding how many people you have made love to (or just fucked lol ) Now gotta say right from the start I have what some people would call a large number... I guess Its all revelent .. I dont think its too large concerdering I am A single adult and have been for years .. also I started at 14 so that gives me what 15 years of play time Ok so there was a point when I was married so that takes a few years off that but all told I dont think its alot .... That said My friend has a 0 number (virgin) at the age of 25 .. good on him I say but its not for me anyway I dont know how we got talking numbers but I do know from past experance not to say my number very often especial to people who have low numbers cause they often dont understand and will jump to all kinds of conculisons ..... Personaly I dont care what number anyone has as long as they are happy with it ... Its so not important!!!!!

Anyway as expected my friend totaly freaked out when I told him what my number is Which totaly pissed my off cause I didnt think I would have to explain anything .. I so should learn to lie or something .. but thats bad too ... I try to say its not important what is inportant is I am here with you now ... GRRRRRR!!!!!! some people dont get it ... they think I should have waited all my life for them to walk into it .. even if they are going to walk out of it sometime anyway ...

I have been asked to once again pull a stunt for animal protection and I must say I am ready to have some fun and games with the minds of meat eatters yet again ... This time Melbourne dates yet to be anounced .... I think we are doing something for the chickens like craming naked people into a wire mesh cage to show how cramped the conditions are .... something like that .... As usual I will be there dont know if I will be in the cage this time ... I am getting to old for that shit ... perhaps I will be handing out info .. I think that might be better ... I really dont need the police crap at the moment ...

Dead chickens save drivers on car registration

A dead supermarket chicken could save you up to $200 on your car registration, according to a Christchurch woman who has revealed an apparent loophole in vehicle rules.

It would normally cost her more than $260 to register her diesel vehicle.

But if a driver goes to the Post Shop and asks them to change the vehicle's registration to a code 06, which is for a non-commercial hearse, then the cost drops dramatically - to just $58.

Her friends told her the scam had been going on for years, so she went to a Post Shop to try it.

She told the man behind the counter her car was a non-commercial hearse because she carried dead chickens home from the supermarket.

He said that was fine, stamped her $58 registration - and she says he told her there are many of non-commercial hearses driving around the affluent Christchurch suburb of Merivale.

Land Transport New Zealand is not amused. It says people who are classing their cars as non-commercial hearses to save on their registration are breaking the law.

Spokesman Andy Knackstead said people doing that were effectively ripping off ACC, accident victims, and the rest of the population who are paying the correct levies.

Mr Knackstead said if LTNZ discovered it was a widespread practice it may consider bringing in the police.

3) A set of 3 original hand paintings about 30cm by 30 cm titled "love" kinda nice with lots of gold red and white on black .. (i guess i should take a photo) but anyway

Finding the Truth in the lies

Its strange how some people have views and they dont really know why they have them . (dont you think) sometimes they just take the word of someone they meet or the word of a political leader or dare I say it church leader and never question it they take it as fact and then they re spew (is that a word) re say what they heard and alike beleiving it to be fact.. A funny things happans when this takes place I find .. for example a Pastor at the church I use to go to emails me every mth or so normally just forwarding me an email that they got from someone preacher or leader in the church he normal sends it to me with a sentence or two saying "What do you think of this ?" So I always write back the problem is that when He sends me stuff I always do a search on the infomation and read up on it .. In the very least I check everything at snopes sometimes I look a bit harder why I do this is basic I dont trust alot of the info that comes from the right wing media as has been shown in things like OutFoxed Anyway most of the time my responce is along the lines of " I understand that view but did you realise that the facts are wrong" or "Nice email but did you know its FALSE here is a web site that talks about the urban myth " Now why anyone would like to send me emails without checking the facts is beyond me especialy when a vast number or people attending the church will take it as fact and never question it because it comes from "Gods apointed" is totaly beyond my thinking .... Oh by the way my replys are normally met with disintrest untill the next email ....

So anyway was watching the vid 911 The Road To Tyranny Its worth a watch if you get time its about 2 hours 20 mins long but well worth it .. not that I am agreeing with the whole conspericy theory thing but Alex Jones makes some good points and has done some great investgation work ... You can have fun like I have double checking all the facts if your really dont have a life like me ... ha ha

So my point today is why dont people take the time to see if something is true ... They trust everything that is said from the pulpt on the TV in the news papper ... Why ???? do you do it ??? I Try not to!

OK first sorry for now making everyone type silly words in the coments bit ... I have been gettin spam comments .. (and i thought that was bullshit but i guess not ... )

second ... Its been a good couple of days seince I got back ... lots of nothing to catch up on and the usual pile of bills and mail .. well not much mail only bills to be honest .. I can not rember I got any thing like an old snail mail letter with actual hand writting .. I guess one of the olden day things of yester year that will never happpan again ..

I want to write some stuff i really do but i am scared to write it I mean do i make this thing personal or do i just crap on about stuff ... what do you guys want from me anyway ????? What do I want from me ???? sometimes I want to write a dear diary kinda post but usualy start it only to wake up to myself just into it and think why do I want to expose my dirty little secrets anyway ??? what good would it or could it do .... so I just hit the delete buton and post something else ... I guess I do want to get some things off my chest though come to think of it .. well not today but soon ..

I am going raw food for awhile .. I guess the book I am reading The Ethics of What We Eat Has made me rethink my vegan roots and how what I do has a flow on to everything else .. I totaly recomend the book to anyone who eats !!! And any of my friends out there just ask and I will send you a copy. Its inportant to me that we all try to leave small footprints on this earth .. I know some of you Dont understand that concept of dont agree with it .. and thats ok .. but at least know the full story is all I ask ..

I am also spending the next couple of weeks doing some down to earth relaxin and yoga because I feel I have some more big desions to make soon in a few areas and I need as much peace and balance in my life to help me tackle and stormy water I may find myself in ....

So my question ... What do you guys do to relax ?? What place or song or thing do you find most relaxin ... for me I like to vist a waterfall that is not far from here its and isolated place that is so peaceful and calm .. I can sit there and meditate or do yoga or just dip my feet in the ice cold water and feel the whole one with the world thing .. keeping me safe ... I also skinny dip there in summer but the water is still ice cold only in summer you can deal with it better I guess ...

Anyway I am just going on and on arnt I ...

Home Time .....

Well time to fly home and just about to pack my shit up and head to the airport for the quick flight home .... I am really going to miss it here its been a great break for me and a real nice place with lots of great memorys ..... and I will be back here real soon ... A pig farm with 5,000 animals produces as much fecal waste as a city of 50,000 people. 8 Hell on Wheels
More than 170,000 pigs die in transport each year, and more than 420,000 are crippled by the time they arrive at the slaughterhouse. Transport trucks, which carry pigs hundreds of miles through all weather extremes with no food or water, regularly flip over, throwing injured and dying animals onto the road. These terrified and injured animals are rarely offered veterinary care, and most languish in pain for hours; some even bleed to death on the side of the road. OK Let me start by saying a great big G'Day from NZ! I love this place its soooooo great the snow is to die for i am bording in knee deep powder and having a blast!!! Yesterday I went helli boarding for the first time .. omgosh!!!! how totaly insane carving up a virgin mountain with nothing to stop me killing myself in the mean time ... its a once in a lifetime must do ... put it on your list ..... anway back to the title....



Was walking the short few blocks between where i am staying to the train station that takes you up to the mountain carrying my gear and board when who should i see but a couple of mormans doing what they do .. I could not be bothered crossing the road so i walked right into there trap (LOL) .. hears how the events took place ...

Heya, So here are 10 things on Dannelle aka Heartichoke, I Have only been watching her blog for about 4 weeks or so and i must say its one of my faves mostly cause alot of it is done in photos and if a photo is like 1000 words or something then her blog is literaly like 100000000 words (whatever) anyway heres the list

1)She accidentally ate her roommates raw oysters the other day thinking they were mushrooms (ummmmmm... sure they smell the same ...NOT)

Its only a dream its only a dream !!!!!!!!

ok its 3 am and I just woke up from a dream I have to write about it cause it was just nasty and i got all worked up when i just woke up .... It was so real and all......

So I was in my little car at the lights and when they went green i drove off in the wrong lane and had to speed up to shift lanes infrount of the car next to me ... i did it quite fast but not to fast I was heading down the street when an un marked cop car (jeep) actually turned on its lights right behind me another cop car on the other side of the road came towards me did a U turn and followed me .. i pullled over as soon as i could and then three more cars came out of no where .... I got out of my car and the officers all female (didnt mind that bit) except the one old offcer in charge anyway he is like well you did your licence there .. I am like what the fuck ... he is like 120 in a 60 zone and its double demerit points for school holidays .... I am like no way I was doing like 80 max .. the other officers are going over my car and i light a smoke .... they are like serching it and all of a sudden its like my old car i had as a kid .... with rust in it and a crack window and stuff .....

I am like i need my car for my job (knowing i dont work but didnt say that) I am almost crying ... the guy is like well my job is to keep people like you off the roads ... I am like you can not be serious my car wouldnt do 120 off the lights like you say ... i will have to fight this in court .... He is like whatever but we are taking you car .... and i look over and a tow truck is draging my car up onto the tray ... and stuff is leaking from my car and smoke from the motor ... and i light another smoke and say .... Your so fucked ... and they all laugh and start getting into there cars leaving me all alone by the road with no car and no phone .......

then I wake up and i am so tence and worryed and in need of a smoke ... but i gave up smoking like 2 weeks ago .... maybe weird dreams come with giving up smoking ......

last time i gave up i was on those patches and they are bad news .... I woke up thinking i had asked some hot guy out i was so excited i jumped out of bed into the shower got dressed I grabed my keys before i started to realise that i did not know where I going or how i was getting there then i relised it was all a dream .... I think i went out anyway .. but man i was pissed of at myself ...

anyway I hate dreams i never really have them .... so its odd when i do
so anyway i am going back to bed hopefully to sleep deeply with no iteruptions ... just the sound of rain .... and thunder .... yea

Some Types Of People Are Like That

Been doing alittle thinkin today (scary hey) about some of the people I have come across in my time on the planet and lets face it i have a kinda weird lifestyle. I have traveled and met people from all over I have spent many arvos sitting talking to people over a cup of tea or a bottle or two of wine and today i was thinking about some of the people i have had to deal with not the good people the bad ones so I figured I would write a little on them see as much as i hate to put people in boxes or try to fit people into groups there are some types of people that just stand out for example :

HATERS: These people you will find everywhere and the name says it all really they just hate other people and things and they spread it like a bad smell!! its not always out there they can be very cleaver at hiding it and just use the odd coment to try to bring you over to there dark side .... these people can be anyone from preachers to criminals so watch out.

TAKERS: Really everyone likes a gift thats not what i am talking about this group takes from you it may be your time your emotions or your body they seem to just be on the planet to take things from you or from everyone and i dont mean like stealing nessarly these are the guys that play games with girls feelings or the other way around .. they can suck the life out of you untill you realise what is going on and by then its too late

FEEDERS: These are the people that have to feed there egos. They are the ones that can make anything you say ALL ABOUT ME. They feed on attention they feed on the spot light its like they turn everything you say into something about them cause you will find they have done everything before they have been everywhere and anything you could ever do in your life they have done it before but they did it better like when it was new or with the lattest car ....

Any way just three types of people to look out for ... and trust me they are around ... its not that I am Perfect its that I am in perfect that makes me who i am its the scraches and dints that make this little car what it is today ...

I am watching the TV show 60mins, they are talking about the U.S and Aussie troops in afgainstain what a frickin waste ... do these people not know the USA put the taliban in goverment and funded and trained there troops to fight the russians .... its just insane and a waste of money and lives .... but no one seems to listen or care what has to be said ....by people who want and need a peacful outcome to this all ... the answer i keep hearing is well they are there now and have to finsh a job this goes for iraq and afgainstain but no one cares that its a war crime that the usa and therefore australia is comiting by invading those countrys ... no one cares that the lives lost are for nothing ... sometimes i feel that my and others voice is falling on deaf ears ..... when will goverments listen to the people they represent .... why do people not read history and therefore repeat it .... at a cost of our men !!!!!

ok enough on the war or whatever you want to call it i better not say war cause if its a war then the USA might have to treat Australian David Hicks as a POW !!!!More on that another time ....

ok SO the honesty bug has hit me again and somewhere in the last week in the short gaps between feeling ill and feeling more ill i went on a date with yes another girl .... again ,,, its not like i plan these things they just happan while i am not totaly at peace with the idea I am not against it either while i would never say i am gay or anything like that i gotta admit that im not totally straight (I dont know how you want to word it) so anyway just 2 dates for now and a big one tomorrow which i am nerves about for some dumb reasion but excited too cause I am taking the lead and have planed a nice day out at a peacful little winary that i like to go to sometimes its a bit of a drive but its all goood .... intresting to see that some blogers are kinda linking up in a weird way ... how strange but very good nice to see you all

Help STOP The elephant trade !!!!!!!!!

A two-year fight over Australia taking eight baby elephants from Thailand has reached a make-or-break situation.



Taronga Park Zoo and Melbourne Zoo are now set to see the elephants endure the journey to Australia only to end up as specimens at the zoos. The elephants are believed to be around three years old.



Activists from Bangkok-based Friends of the Asian Elephant (FAE) fiercely oppose the move and blocked the elephants from leaving Kanchanaburi last month as they were loaded into 10-wheeler trucks to endure the 130 km ride to board a cargo plane in Bangkok bound for Australia. The activists had a sign that read “Stop Exploiting Thai Elephants” and this standoff forced officials to abandon plans to move the elephants.



It is believed that the elephants were captured illegally in the wild and FAE has requested that DNA tests be done to ascertain this – which authorities have refused. The drastic change of habitat will harm the welfare of the elephants.



In Australia, both the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Australian Humane Society have called for the elephants to stay in their homeland. Greens MP Lee Rhiannon has commended the Thai protesters and noted that “Taronga Zoo wants these Thai elephants to boost its profits, not for conservation…Elephants are very difficult to breed in zoos, with no captive breeding program ever being successful in Australasia.”



Please e-mail the Thai Embassy in Australia now and insist that the trade be stopped. Urge them to leave the elephants in the wild where they belong, and use zoos as sanctuaries for animals rescued from circuses, marine parks, and other exploitative forms of entertainment.

Captive breeding will never contribute to the survival of the species because elephants breed poorly in captivity and the offspring who do survive can never be released into the wild.

Whos that Girl ???? (weekend report)

OK firts was the cocktail night and well it was kinda fun in a weird way caught up with some people i have not seen in a long time ... i dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing .... listen to them bitch about crap and just noded politley ... I didnt even drink much as a thought i might in fact only a couple of shots and some mocktails (non alco ones) ... but hears the weird thing ... i was at the bar and just payed for a drink when a girl turned around with a look to die for and a huge smile and said " Hi Sarah" i was like " Hi " her smile literaly took my breath away but i couldnt place the face... i just turned to get my change and as i turned back she smiled as she moved into the crowd and i lost site of her .... I dont know how she knows my name or from where or if someone just told her .. i dont know where she went or anything about her .... I am so at aloss i have been thinking about her all weekend trying to place her or find out more about her I am going to have to call some friends that put the thing on and ask around .... perhaps a little detictive work .... might even be someone that reads this silly blog in which case ... I know you can find a way to find my number or email so please do it would love to catch up !!!!

Ok next was the pinic with the boy it was ok but honestly i am having a couple of second thoughts ... the picnic was great i catered for about 30 so ok i over did it but better to have too much than not enough i say .. the only problem was i totaly cut my finger open at the start of it lucky i carry bandaids in the car and was able to do some self first aid ... it actually hurt like all shit and when i got home realised that it was quite nasty hence the need for 4 bandaids ... ha ha ha .... ouch hurts to type Ds .....So the second thoughts well just dont know something for me is missing at the moment weather that will come or not i just dont know for now i am going to take a small step back hopeing that he takes a small step fwd .. you know how it goes ... its not a game but its part of the process ...

So with this cocktail party coming up i have had to shop for girl clothes is been awhile ... its just i dont own any dresses well not many or anything i could say is evening wear so i have spent the day dress shopping its weird for me kinda feel like i souldnt be doing it for some reasion .. i think the last pink girly thing i had on was like a pink jump suit at like 2 mths or something .... ha ha not a pink jump suit i had on last night ...




Its kinda fun to dress up i guess well for me its like dressing up its not something i do very often but i am going to enjoy it

Tommorrow i am off on a nice little pinic with the man should be fun i can not wait .. i guess my mind is starting to kick in that this is leading somewhere now thats a scarry thought ..... .. just who knows

finding time to sniff the flowers

finaly i have some time to just relax today things have been so hetic seince i got back that i have had no time to just breath and enjoy the sunshine talkin about sunshine it has been like -5 or something the last couple of nights and then sunny all day ... if anyone there is a warm sleeper then i have room cause i have been frezzing my arse off .... last night i wore a bennie and soxs to bed not to mention track pants and a tank top with a t shirt over the top ... man that sucks

anyway went wine tasting with a guy i been dating on the weekend it was nice to spend some time with the boy and he drove 2 hours just to get there so i guess he wouldnt do that for anyone ... so we been dating a while now and things are moving slow but they are moving ... scarry but will wait see

I have a posh cocktail party on this saturday night should be a hoot been awaile seince i got all dressed up and drank overpriced drinks whats everyones fave anyway ? tell me and ill make sure i sample it .... seems the last time i got stuck on those shooters .... my faves are "cocksucking cowboy" "screaming orgasam" and a brain damage" lol they might have difrent names where you are but i did laugh when a friends mum at one of these things a very proper well to do type did ask the bar man for "one of those cocksucking farmer things " lol for your info

Ok so a strange couple of days has seen me dealing with some arse hole in customer services here is roughly how the conversation has gone

I then drove down to the local dispatach center to find it !!!

After getting on to the manager he said that it was delivered and someone must have stolen it from my post box .... but you are not spose to just leave it in my post box thats what i got it delivered cause its expencive

ok is it urgent ? sarah : well its not like herion urgent but i wanted it yesterday thats what i payed to have it shiped overnight ......

ok he said its a long weekend and i will get back to you on tuesday next week and we can fill out a claim form but as far as i am concerned it has been delivered ...

I needed a replacment battary for my new phone but no one stocked it untill i said look i will pay double if you open a new box and pull it out of a new phone just cause you dont stock replacments yet on new phones ... this was after four stores and much driving around .... fuck dose it take a girl to come up with such a simple solution as pull it from a new phone that you wount sell today and then you get to claim it on waranty and get if replaced free ...

Taking a Break

So far this week almost everyone i run into shits me for some reasion ... I think i may be stressed or something but everything is rubbing me the wrong way and i dont know what to do .. I thought about locking myself in my bedroom for a week but I dont think thats going to cut it so I am off on a short Holiday I am just going to pack up the car and drive for a while .... dont think I will be back anytime in the next week .. I just feel the need to feel sand in my toes once again and salt in my mouth ... you know what its like ... so anyway I am sorry to just run away but what can I do ... I need Sarah time ..... Blind Date

So anyway went on the blind date on Saturday and what can I say .... WOW ! was most nice good even .. ok so a bit of a shock but his not bad and great to talk to so what more could i ask for ??? well he lives a little way from here like 2 hours drive and well thats a fair way but hey im not worried about that for now ... Dont know how he feels about that but will see in time if its a problem or not for now its not really

so after a three hour long sit in a coffee shop I think we hit it off real well and will just wait and see what happans i will call him tommorw and chat and see if he wants to go out again I know maybe i should wait for him to call but i am a 2006 kinda girl so i am taking charge here and doing it my way !!!!!

Only thing is i have singed up for a speed date event next weekend... I dont know what to do there yet ??? I guess I will go unless this other thing really takes off in the next few days ... talk about never rains it pours ...lol

I read a book a long time ago that argued just how hard it is to communicate an idea to another person with things so lmiting as language and and body movements that differ from area to area not to mention country to country ..... so i guess it should come at no suprise to me that all you ppl dont really understand me at all ....

shame on me for thinking you might ..... who knows perhaps its just me that need to learn to express myself in ways that you can understand more clearly ... go figure I try to say what i feel I try to show what i feel but my experances are difrent than yours are and even though thats good it shits me sometimes ...

What am I up to ?????

Seems a few ppl are askin whatIi am up to these days .....

Well to be honest not much I just sold a house that is very dear to me butIi think it was a good move even if it was sad to let it go I think its just part of saying good by to the past and I think I made the right choice it means that I am better off and now able to not worry about it so much and I get to grow a nice little investment portfolio in other areas and make a nice little income off that which I can now leave in the hands of people who know more about that stuff than I do and set me up for well the rest of the years I have on this little rock in space (nice plan) LOL so after signing stuff and a couple of trips around the place it is all done now and I can relax yea yea !!!!!!

apart from that I have been keeping busy with some friends and stuff and doing some day trips even if petrol is at an all time High in fuel prices!

A Friend of mine just sold a business that I loved and soon I will have no where to hang out which is kinda sad cause I loved to hang out there and just chat .... Perhaps that is why they were not making any money ... We spent yesterday thinking of new businesses to start and I think the best we come up with was pimping girls joking .. But you never know giggles

I am off to new Zerland (how ever you spell it) to do some serious skiing latter this year and I want to spend some time traveling around in a kombi van latter in the year over there so maybe in the spring I will head there for a few weeks


OH and I got to shave a dog the other day it was the funniest thing ever and I totally recommend it to anyone who has clippers and can catch some ones dog to give it a shave!!

A Long Time Between Blogs

I know I know a long time between posts I will try to do better!!!

So lets call this the OUTBURST!!! You see I have been to church a total of three times this year all in a row too.. I am trying to put my issues aside and just look at the whole big picture and see what I can get out of it... That was going fine until Sunday night ....

See the preacher had finished he's little sermon about praying and fasting blah blah ... And had just handed over to the senior pastor who then said " you know what I think we should pray for those trapped miners in Tassie (good idea) he then said before we prayed " you know what I keep seeing that union guy on tv and I can not help but think that maybe the union is keeping things slow as they do in getting them out" followed by " you know I prolly shouldn't say that" to which little Sarah said very loudly so that at least the four rows in front of her THAT'S RIGHT YOU SHOULDN'T SAY THAT!!!" .... A few people turned around and a couple even giggled another girl I hardly knew said "go get em Sarah" this got the pastors attention so I yelled at the top of my voice "UP THE AWU!!!!!" (awu is Australian workers union) loud enough for the whole church to hear ... The senior pastor then turned to the people and said complaints will be heard by this guy (pointing to a junior pastor) ..... And there I left once again feeling the right wing views spoken from the pulpit in the house of G-d a totally in wrong !!!!
