Well not much to say about today i looked after a friends 8 year son for most of the day we made a volcano it was kinda kewl to do some paper mashe and stuff i havent done it in years, Spent the arvo down on the river swimin the water is still icy cold but once your in its not that bad the temp here has been in the mid 30 so thats kinda hot
Im still alittle down i spent some time on the phone to an old friend of mine and he wants me to go to melbourne for a few days or a week just to hang out i am thinkin i might take him up on it cause its been awile seince i have been away from here and into the city again maybe some shoppin will be fun plus melbourne has the best dining anywhere with some great places maybe i could catch up with some artist friends of mine or see one of my friends play would be nice .
detox is boring me nothing to report just sweating alot which is normal with a liver cleans and drinkin alot ,,,,
anyway sorry for the borring blog entry today

It's probably tomorrow already, but I just wanted you to know it was cold this morning here - about 1, That seems cold for here anyways. Also just thinking about stuff and thought I would pop in and see the blog again. So I did.
